If you are shipping from a country within the EU, this is all you need to know. But if you are shipping from a country outside of the EU, the package must be accompanied with a customs declaration. You can find partially prefilled customs declaration to download here.
Instructions customs declaration
1. Fill out the “Sender” box with your details
2. Fill out “Senders refence” in top right corner with your order number
3. Fill out the following section. The value & currency should be the same as your original order. Net weight is the weight of the product(s) and the Gross weight is the total weight of the package with all the product(s) in it.
4. Fill out the bottom of the page
5. Print 3 copies of the customs declaration and attach to the box.
General return Policies And Guidelines
- Customers may return items for a full refund of the product cost if they are dissatisfied. This must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery, and the item must be in a good condition. Good condition refers original packaging with ALL accessories included.
- Frii Designs does not accept damaged parts of the items due to misuse, and items that have been modified.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 workdays of returned product
- Refunds will not be made for the original shipping cost of the order
- Duties and import taxes are non refundable for international orders outside the European Union.
