All returns must be announced to info@friidesigns.com<\/a> before they are shipped<\/p>\n

If you are shipping from a country within the EU, this is all you need to know. But if you are shipping from a country outside of the EU, the package must be accompanied with a customs declaration. You can find partially prefilled customs declaration to download here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Instructions customs declaration<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Fill out the “Sender” box with your details<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Returns1\"

2. Fill out “Senders refence” in top right corner with your order number<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Returns2\"

3. Fill out the following section. The value & currency<\/em> should be the same as your original order. Net weight<\/em> is the weight of the product(s) and the Gross weight<\/em> is the total weight of the package with all the product(s) in it.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Returns3\"

4. Fill out the bottom of the page<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Returns4\"

5. Print 3 copies of the customs declaration and attach to the box.<\/p>\n

General return Policies And Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Customers may return items for a full refund of the product cost if they are dissatisfied. This must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery, and the item must be in a good condition. Good condition refers original packaging with ALL accessories included.<\/li>\n
  • Frii Designs does not accept damaged parts of the items due to misuse, and items that have been modified.<\/li>\n
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 workdays of returned product<\/li>\n
  • Refunds will not be made for the original shipping cost of the order<\/li>\n
